With more than 14 years experience, Clark focuses on municipal and public law; wills, probate and estate planning; business and non-profit corporations; and residential and commercial real estate. He graduated from La Porte High School in 1990, with honors, and received his Bachelors degree, cum laude, from Wheaton College in 1994, where he was a member of the debate team. He received his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from the University of Houston Law Center in 1999, and was admitted to the State Bar of Texas. He serves as Assistant City Attorney of the City of La Porte and Municipal Court prosecutor for La Porte and other municipalities. He is a member of the La Porte
Rotary Club; the La Porte Chamber of Commerce, and other civic and charitable organizations.
With more than 50 years experience, Knox focuses on business and commercial law; wills, probate and estate planning; business and non-profit
corporations; and residential and commercial real estate. He received his Bachelors degree in 1958, and his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree in 1962, from the University of Houston. He was elected to the Order of the Barons, legal honor society, and other academic honors. He has lectured on Municipal Law at the University of Houston Law Center. He has served as City Attorney of the City of La Porte since 1965. He is Past President of the La Porte Rotary Club and the La Porte chamber of Commerce. He is a fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation. He is a member of the Christian Legal Society. He has served on the Boards of Trustees of several civic and Christian organizations. He served as a director and general counsel of the former Bayshore National Bank.
